Why Unity Matters
Unity is a tricky thing, especially when today's culture says things like, "You do you" or "I want what I want."
The impact of unity is MASSIVE, no matter which direction it goes.
Think about this: unity is what created the UNITED States of America. It is also unity that created things like the Civil Right movement, or the journey to space.
It is also the thing that created the Holocaust, or the Genocide in Rwanda.
See, as a principle, unity is powerful, and it is our job as leaders to learn how to leverage it for the positive movement we want to create in the world, and within our teams.
Unity means everyone going in the same direction, with humility, and a drive toward getting better every day. While people may have individual motivations, our job is to take the time to learn these motivations, and help each team member realize why/how the unified direction will help them, as individuals, reach their goals.
This buy in toward them reaching their goals will be the first trust step toward them being an advocate toward buying into your vision.
Zig Ziglar once said, "You can accomplish anything you want in life by helping enough people accomplish what they want."
Unity is crucial...Level Up!
P.S. - If you would like me to create a free video on how we create and use unity to create and build teams for top performance, let me know, and I'll get it out to you all within the next week. 😊
