By completing these 4 tasks every morning it sets me up to win every single day.
My core 4 are :
1 wake up at 5 am, never snooze the alarm
2 meditate 10 mins
3 Grattitude journal
4 work out
You can add more habits as you go along, but make these part of who you are first, these are your non negotiables, no matter what you do these every day.
