I used to let my thoughts cause me to spiral, procrastinate and throw me off track, but now I am in complete control of my mind and my day.
Starting my day with some small wins sets me up to win all day.
This is what I do :
Wake up 5 am
Gratitude journal
Meditate / eft tapping
Face icing
Workout
I don’t let myself do or think of anything else until I’ve completed this routine, this allows me to clear my mind before the craziness of the day begins .
