Hi, I'm Jo. Welcome to How Yoga Works. Many think yoga is about collecting physical postures to improve flexibility, but at its core, it's a practice of self-study—svadhyaya. Yoga helps us understand how we communicate with ourselves and others, not just through words but through our posture and presence. Today, we'll explore how physical posturing affects our mood and how we interact with the world. My goal is to show you how yoga works for me, so it can work for you.
