I am ....
I am Heather Ruth a passionate energetic mentor here to influence and create ripples of change in our education system, our communities and a challenger of the victim mindset.
I am passionate about helping the younger generation understand themselves, how to see and act within their own energetic footprint in this time and space.
I am passionate about nature, gardening is my favorite place to be, it lights the heart of this inner HERMIT.
I love energy, frequency, neuropsychology and emotional education with myself first and than with my children. Being present and open to the universe is just one way I move through this world.
I am in love with people but won't enable them to live in the lower frequency.
I began my conscious parenting journey while climbing from the depth of my darkest days and cave discovery so my children could feel seen and heard in every moment. I am okay to apologize for my humaness with them and that has been the strengthening of the bond. I am here to help shift perspective to see beyond the illusions that are present on this planet.
I am always down to dance and move, love breathe and animals.
I one day will own a farm, raise goats and host people on the land to celebrate Mama Gaia, Pachamama and the energy she is here to witness.
