Intro
Hi everyone. My name is Mahomed and I've been working in IT for over 23 years. Mostly in customer support and Systems Admin. I absolutely love improving user experience and processes with software.
That's why the low code and automation movement has me really excited and my goal is to get into freelancing or a partnership so that I can help businesses, while earning more and working less hours. Location freedom would be the ultimate bonus (think working holidays).
My biggest challenges are the fear of letting go of a consistent income, having to do sales and lots of calls (sales calls drain me mentally and emotionally, but I do technical calls just fine), and most importantly, finding a niche.
