- 🌞 General Wellness: Healthy living discussions not necessarily on food/growing. Fitness, diet, holistic remedies, DIY health tips are all welcome!

Posts should focus on indoor growing methods, equipment, techniques, and experiences. This includes but is not limited to vertical farming, hydroponics, and soil-based systems. Doesn't matter if you're growing produce (fruits & veg), herbs, flowers, or just house plants-- all plants are welcome!
