Consistency
Consistency is the name of the game. Don't take days off; keep moving forward, even if you have to move at a turtle's pace. Still, accomplish something and avoid procrastination. There will always be ups and downs, but in the end, you will be ahead of the pack because you never gave up. And always move forward with faith in yourself and the higher power that watches over all of us.
