Weekends
So, I'm not an expert but some stocks and markets drop in value on Monday morning. This is a general thing and not guaranteed to hapen every weekend.
People freak out over the weekend because they can't see if their stocks are growing. So, they make sales on Monday.
If the market can be swayed by a weekend then maybe in the short-term you sell on Friday mornings and buy on Monday afternoon.
