Recently, I've started taking videos of myself shooting and I realized that there was a lot of things that I would consider broken. I would say that they are mainly bad habits that were developed over time. I was told to shoot from a high lift point by my coach from a young age so it probably caused most of these things. I just want to ask if I should just do form shots where I just focus on tweaking that one thing and then the other or is there some better ways to approach it.
