BECOMING A PROFITABLE TRADER IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK

4 years ago, my goal was to become profitable and change my life.

Guess what, 1 year later, I was still not profitable.

This was what I was doing that you might be doing

That's why you have not been profitable.

I had no solid strategy that had been proven to work. I was never sure about my trades.

2. I showed up inconsistently, especially after a losing streak. I took long breaks to recover which was bullshit.

3. I always focused on how bad I was at trading, which made me fear more about taking trades.

4. I let trading define who I WAS. After a winning trade, I was a winner, after losing, I was a loser.

Everything changed when:

I started listening to MY Mentor and followed his rules. No surprise there, I understood the charts more clearly.
I started living outside of the charts, which helped me detach my emotions from trading.
I accepted that it would take time, and now that I had a working strategy, I only focused on the process.

now 4 years later, here we are. You are wondering. Jose, what do I do now?
