Double Kettlebell check in
I am still working with the double.
A couple of things I need to improve are landing position of the jerk needs a bending of the knee and then stretching.
The swing feels weird due to the set up. Sometimes I have to adjust and close and open a little bit more.
Nowhere near comfortable to do the double snatch yet.
