Greetings mental killers
I'm Matthew, I'm from Poland. I don't do any real sport right now, I'm active and work out but I mainly play video games as a somewhat pro level. Once Robert Lewandowski said that football is 90% of mental, I'd say videogames at pro level are 95%. I follow lots of top people from every sport or profession there is. I'm just addicted to being in the zone. Eckhart Tolle and many other books/stories opened my mind for this beautiful aspect. I want to become untouchable mentally and be at its peak with my mental. I want to break any personal PTSD, limits that are stopping me from getting my peak. Mental is everywhere, business, relationship. You do what you love while practicing a mental aspect and you're a very dangerous man. Cheers
