Easy to make Apple cake
Servings: 1-2
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 egg
- 2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- A splash of milk (about 1-2 tablespoons)
- Honey for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Blend the ingredients:
In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped apple, egg, cocoa powder, and milk. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a baking dish:
Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or ramekin.
4. Bake:
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. Top with honey (optional):
Drizzle with honey, if desired.
