Healthy High Protein Pancakes 馃
Protein Pancake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 50g Oats
- 1 Egg
- 100ml Low-Fat Milk
- 30g Whey Protein (Optional)
- 1/2 Banana
- 15g Peanut Butter
- Baking Powder (as needed)
Instructions:
1. Blend the mixture:
- Add the following ingredients to a blender:
- 50g Oats
- 1 Egg
- 100ml Low-Fat Milk
- 30g Whey Protein (if using)
- 1/2 Banana
- 15g Peanut Butter
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
2. Cook the pancakes:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour the blended mixture into the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup of the mixture for each pancake.
- Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Add toppings (optional):
- Once the pancakes are cooked, add your desired toppings, such as honey, fruit, or syrup.
