So I’m in the love challenge of 30 days, been loving it. You say to feel every feeling just as it comes and let it stay as long as it needs to.. and I agree thats love,loving myself and not resisting whatever it comes. However, what if my body is kind of addicted to those “negative” feelings because thats what it knows best, because of my childhood, and other situations, what to do then? Still let all the feelings come? Even though I feel like I’m addicted to them? Thanks :)
