My team and I were calling through the leads that we received through our Facebook Ads. We noticed that there were a few leads that seemed like a really good fit for our services, but we had called them many times and never got ahold of them.
I thought about sending them emails, but I thought to myself, "calling is always better, email doesn't work." However, after countless attempts at contacting them over the phone, I decided that it never hurts to send an email, just in case.
I gathered each of the leads that we never got a hold of, composed an email to each one of them, and sent it off. I waited. To my surprise, I received some responses, and booked multiple calls with these leads. We closed a few of these leads and one of the deals was worth $60,000!
Moral of the story: It never hurts to send an email.
