Real estate 2023 recession

Guys, what do you think about 2023 recession in Real Estate?

Sure I can still make money with it if I already have clients in my SMMA, but what if I'm a beginner? I mean, a lot of rieltors, who were living paycheck to paycheck are gonna close now, and the rieltors who make a lot of money won't need me cuz I'm just a begginer.

Another reason for that kinda thought is because real estate is not a needy niche. You cannot refuse from going to hospital if you're injured or refuse from buying food. But if you wanna buy a house, you can say: "Okay, I'll just wait 'till the recession ends and buy the house after".

So, do you think I'm exaggerating and everything will be fine, or should I rather hop into a recession-proff niche?
