In the quest for furthering my physical development, I need to find one exercise to replace another.
I have been doing pull ups in my house on my pull-up bar. I will change it up to leg lifts in the chin up position. Basically, hold a chin up position in mid position, then raise your legs in a tuck position and touch your knees to your elbows.
Start with 5 reps. learn the motion. then eventually you want to straiten your legs to full extension and try to touch the ceiling with your toes. Next level is HOLD your legs and point your toes to the ceiling and do the "Windshield Wiper"
If you have not purchased a pull up bar assembly, go get one. It's a game changer while sitting at home watching the NFL game during commercials.
