The problem isn’t in fact the problem. The problem is the way you’re thinking about the problem. It’s the way you’re approaching it. It’s the old baggage and prior programming you’re bringing to the problem.
Problems are disguised as opportunities; opportunities to learn, to grow and to solve problems in order to create a stronger mental framework around how we view them in the first place.
I think that until we actually solve a problem, it appears in different ways in hopes of helping us break through to the next level.
When I’m faced with problems that I don’t know how to solve, I like to:
-Brainstorm the tools that I think could help
-Brainstorm the people that I think could help
-Brainstorm the information/skillset that I think could help
-Lean on a mastermind or community like MOA
-Stepping away from it and coming back to it in a less stressed out mindset
-Removing negative thoughts/feelings around it
For me, the removal process always seems to help a bit more and create more “space” for solutions to appear.
Let’s approach problems with a new mindset.
