Branch out to new workspace error

Hi Guru's,

I' am testing to setup a common working method for our developers. I use this url as base https://blog.fabric.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/exploring-ci-cd-capabilities-in-microsoft-fabric-a-focus-on-data-pipelines?ft=All . But when I want to Branch out to new workspace as a developer which has contributer role on the current workspace and Create branch=Allow in devops it give the error => Something went wrong. That's it what does he need more for privs?. Also this developer has Contributor permissions on the capacity.
