Congrats to Maria!! She's had a couple 1-1 sessions with me but doing EXACTLY what I'm teaching you in the MindGym.
Crazy thing is that she hasn't PB'ed for 2 years. Used to be super fast when she was young... Then plateaued for 2 years. Now finally the breakthrough.
