Knee Pain & “Blurry Maps"
I'm often asked, "What makes your work so different?"
The truth is, if you are stretching and strengthening your muscles, and you're not seeing an improvement in your knee pain, you're missing something.
That missing element is exactly what I help my clients see and develop.
Here's a way to think about it...
Imagine we plan to meet for coffee, and you have to drive to me. You will likely use a map on your smartphone. That map will tell you exactly where you are, where to turn etc.
And that clarity will give you confidence, right?
When it comes to pain, your body works the exact same way.
To move well, your brain needs a clear map of your body.
And that map involves:
  1. Movement of your joints and nerves
  2. Healthy functioning of your inner ear for balance
  3. Good eyesight and visual skills
IF, you have knee pain, it's because one or more of these systems are not working well, and that "map" that your brain relies on is disconnected.
Does this make some sense to you?
Let me know and I can try to explain it further :)
