Our mission is simple: To educate ourselves on the basics of nutrition, share exerpeinces and have a community of women there to support each other as we all navigate life and health. Our driving question: How do we ensure that our health and weight loss goals attainable without having to give up life as we know it or dodge responsibilities we have. Together, we'll dive deep into the journey, focusing on understanding the science of nutrition, how macros and protein effect our weight and how to navigate everyday life things without throwing in the towel on our goals. You’ll be amazed by how fun, challenging and rewarding this experience can be!
