I created a review chatbot for my Dutch client, who hosts Canva workshops on location.馃榾
The strategy is to get people who attend the offline workshop leave a review and when they do, we'll give them an exclusive coupon code for the Canva online course.
This is how it works.
People have to scan the QR code at reception, receiving a welcome message with instructions
10 hours later we send them an automated message and ask them for a review video using Videoask; when completed they typing DONE and this ends up receiving coupon codes for the online Canva course.
Cool right?馃憡
