Good morning everyone.
On most days, especially over the summer I like to go for a walk as soon as I get up for around 40 minutes to an hour. It usually works about about 6,000 steps which I have an app for on my phone and it counts these for me. I aim for a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. Some days I make it and some days I dont but thats my aim.
Today was cold and I almost didnt go as im not a person who likes the cold. But I did do it as I didnt want to break my healthy habit and it sets my mind and body up for the day.
Today on my walk I listened to a man called Jim Rohn and the video was about developing good habits. It really is a great listen and the advice is fantastic. It is a little old fashioned but if you get a chance take a listen I am sure it will be of benifit to you. Here is the link below.
