I just wanted to share with someone... my only saving grace today was repeating I'm am where I am supposed to be right now. That helped me to stay in the present moment and I had to get out of my surroundings, bcs I felt like it all was sucking me in to the big black hole! so thankfully i headed for the gym🙏. The last week or so has been like a roller-coaster ride. Thats why i feel like sharing. I get a taste of heaven one day or two (who would have thought) then for some reason I get sucked back into my hell. So I'm just using these tools and hopefully I will get stronger. I'm not sure of this new feeling, I must say it is quite strange. I have an unbelievable amount if energy, and I feel light and almost open to possibilities but not feeling like I need to make plans. 🤔

I feel like I should say this. " I think it's super important to have a teacher in life. Ideally someone who has mastered themselves, as someone who misses all the times I never spent with my father. And I will cherish those couple times that we did, I think it's one of the fool proof ways to simplify ones life. I have been searching for the role model my whole life and many times it wasn't right. Thank you mASTA! What would a student be without a teacher, or a teacher without a student? My favorite word this year is integral! Let's all coexist, co-create, I was thinking about this funny idea/ paradox. Even if you are the most independent person in the world, the dependent people, are still probably going to need you. You can't escape it, maybe those who are independent are dependent on something that isn't words, ideas, or material? Ooo magic ✨ Lol excuse this long message. HAPPY SUNDAY THY TRIBE.
