What do you do to kick back from life stuff/stress?
What do you enjoy doing, your hobby, your leisure time?
For me it is the gym, sauna, Pilates, walking and family time. Occasional 🍻 with friends often watching the rugby - and I try to read a lot.
There's more I need to add to this list, but slowly I am getting more time as the kids are a little bigger (both still under 4) to bring in more activity. Maybe some vets rugby on the cards 🤔and hoping to get back to BJJ within the next 12 months.
