Apparently "Dense Bean Salads" are a thing right now and I am here for it!
Have you heard of them?
With Lentils, Kidney beans and Black beans they certainly pack a protein and fibre punch.
This is the type of meal that gets even better with a few days in the fridge.
These salads work brilliantly sitting abundantly on top of a chunky cauli or broccoli steak.
Or finished with plentiful chunks of charred cruciferous veg!
