I received some nasty comments on my TikTok the other day when I was promoting my podcast there.
They found it ironic—I was using one marketing tool to promote another. Counterintuitive, right? Well, not really...
The critic seemed to think that if you're into podcasts, you shouldn't use TikTok or any other platform. But in my view, it all works together.
To me, podcasts are not primarily about generating leads; they're about nurturing them.
In my opinion, podcasts are the best way to build that know, like, and trust with your audience.
However, platforms like TikTok are much more effective for acquiring NEW clients.
So, it's wise not to put all your eggs in one basket.
Your podcast is only one piece of the business puzzle.
