What's your goals and challenges for this week?
What do you need to do to get through the week?
Why does everyone do this?
We do this to get ourselves to acknowledge the fact that we need something. Whether it is us telling us what we need to do or looking for someone to help keep us accountable for what we need to do.
Why we put this out there is to help others to see the same thing. If you don't speak up then you don't want it to happen.
