Rust Conversion Coatings
What does everyone use to prevent flash rusting. I have tried AllPrep and it does not prevent flash rusting.

Washing parts after sandblasting
I keep getting small defects on my parts. I don’t have a spot in my shop that I can hose them off, blow them off with air and throw them in the oven to completely dry. I’ve been thinking about making taking a new trash can to dunk the clean sandblasted parts in to make sure I get all the dust off. I have well water and I’m a little worried about that. Any suggestions good or bad?

Sandblasting psi
So maybe it’s just because I’m a newbie… I have a blast cabinet that I recently converted to use a pot instead of a suction gun. I was lucky enough to go into my local media supply store and had an hr long conversation with one of their guys about blasting. I was blasting stuff at 90 psi. It was a mess! He suggested I drop my psi down to 60-80 psi and my media would last longer. WOW was he right. Not only that but it did a better job and I could see way better in my blast cabinet. What is everyone else running for psi?
