On-line digital video interviews? A new norm?
Have anyone else here experienced this intake process?
A few times now I have been invited to complete an online video interview. During this interview, I was asked a series of written questions and recorded a response through video, multiple-choice, or text-based answers.
I'd like to know your experience and opinions about this process.
