Moving Asset Group from One Pmax Campaign to Another

So i have a several separate Pmax campaigns that were set up awhile ago. Individually they do ok but they are not getting more than 20-30 conversions a month. I set them up before i had a decent grasp of what to do and now i would like to combine them into one overarching Pmax campaigns divided by asset groups instead of several pmax campaigns.

If i recreate the old asset group with all the same assets in the all encompassing Pmax campaign will i be dinged for this? I really want to get one pmax campaign that has the combined budget and get to 50-60 conversions a month. What do you guys think.
