Hello, my name is Jack!

Hey everybody, my name is Jack Hilbun. I'm a real estate entrepreneur and member of the Gator community. I'm a 22 year old college student and business owner and I'm passionate about holistic growth, networking within the real estate and capital market industries. I have a four year background in cryptocurrency, investing in startups, NFTs, Trading, and High Impact Networking.

I am from the greater Seattle area, for those of you in that bubble, I am a Redmond/Woodinville native
Out of this group, I would like to get an intimate network of passionate and motivated real estate investors looking to build and scale their real estate businesses. Simpley put, i'm looking to fund deals.
Passive income goal is ambitious for 22 years old, but it is $100,000 a month. Shoot for the stars land on the moon.
I'm looking to begin lending because it's an excellent entry point to the capital markets and the overall interplay of that industry. Quite frankly, I'm looking to build something massive.
