Looking for PMLs on Multifamily Deals

hey all, does anyone PML here lend on multifamily deals? I just joined a multifamily program and I want to start making my list now. I would love to send over deals once I find them. My role will be in acquisitions in finding deals and raising private capital. I will be part of a team.

I am unsure of the specific deals, criteria, etc. This post is to just gain interest and see what y'all's' buy box is. I will be going through training the next few days and have more details, but I figured I would get a head start on it now.
