Recruitment process experience sharing time
Let's talk about recruitmnet process.
First of all, to apply 100s of jobs is hard and tough. Agree.
But after getting first call and starting the recruitment process, its getting harder.
Some bad exriences I have heard about companies:
- Invited to interview to office, but did not show up.
- Invited to online interview (2 times), did not join.
- Promised to give answer during next 1 month, 3 months passed no answer.
- Promised to give answer Friday, called 2 weeks later.
- No answer to follow-up emails.
And moreeee ....
