Gauge Blocks
Hey guys! had another idea here .. I call them gauge blocks.
I worked as a CNC machinist and used a HAAS ST30Y Lathe .. sometimes we would get customer orders with very high quantities and we didn't really have any tools around the shop to ensure tolerance of parts mounted in the jaws of the lathe, such as the cylinders in these screenshots..
I made my own set of different length gauge blocks and used the prints daily to achieve better tolerance and efficiency.
