Golfer’s Elbow
After dealing with elbow pain for about 18 months, I got diagnosed with Golfer’s Elbow on both arms. That means no pull ups for awhile. When do return, I’ll most likely have to switch to gymnast rings over a fixed bar.
Regardless, can anyone recommend exercises I can do during rehabs that will work the same muscles but reduce stress on my elbows?
