Doing research for the first time and Im feeling really stuck even after figuring out my topic.

Heyy Im Wania and Im an international student. Im reallyyyy interested in science research but due to the lack of opportunities (Im from a third world country) I have never really explored that passion of mine. I immigrated from my home country last year and only recently found out about doing research as an A level student (junior year in America basically). because Im so new to everything, I've found myself lost. Im currently working on an independent research project something related to migraine but I feel stuck.. I've done endless hours of literature review and can't really seem to come to a conclusion about my topic. I did come up with a research topic but I have no idea how to go about it. I dont really know how to explain but can anyone here help me??
