Firstly, what is cellulite?
Cellulite = Fat cells, sodium and toxins gathering around the skin
It is caused by a sedentary lifestyle and eating foods high in salt and fat.
I used to struggle with cellulite back in the days.
With a few tweaks in my lifestyle however I managed to sustainably reverse the cellulite and get smooth legs.
Here 5 simple strategies for getting smooth skin around the hips and legs:
1️⃣ Increase circulation in your body:
Move and sweat regularly to pump out those toxins through your lymphatic system
2️⃣ Eat fruit:
Fruits potassium content will help get rid of sodium retention which causes the cellulite
3️⃣ Drink water:
This will help flush out toxins, sodium and old fat cells
4️⃣ Eat carbs:
A fruit-based high carb low fat diet is the way to go here. I have done it for many years now and it’s worked wonders (not just for my cellulite ofc 😃)
5️⃣ Focus on more HQ sleep to balance out the hormones:
Especially women struggle with cellulite.
Why? Because low estrogen concentration in the blood can lead to cellulite.
