Advice for shooting and editing

Hi, guys! I need your advice. These are a sample that I did a demo real estate photography to a friend's house and I have more rooms that I edited.

The last one is "BEFORE" and before the last one is the final result.

Please give advice if I was correct with the flash.

I have just begun the real estate photography.
