what deals are you guys currently working on? I think it’s good to talk about our wins and losses as we’re working on deals so that we can encourage each other, learn from each other and get support whenever we need it. I had a great week last week on the Deal sourcing side. I sourced a deal in Fall River and submitted an offer. The seller countered and I’ll be countering tomorrow. I believe we will come to an agreement in the next week or so and I will be submitting an application to develop 300+ units. This is my largest project to date and I’m super excited to share my progress with you guys as I move forward. They’ll also be opportunities for you guys to invest with me on this project and others. I also sourced a deal in Malden yesterday on a single family fix and flip where a partner and I should be able to get the house for $250,000. This one was on the probate list.
