So here's my weekly update on what I've been doing, what's worked and what hasn't worked!!!

Here are some stats first:

MRR = $2.1k (No new MRR unfortunately... No worries though, got my eyes 1000 miles away!)
Free Members = 304
Paid Members = 112 (3 on Free Trial)
YouTube Subs = 52
YouTube Videos = 13
Skool Followers = 824

What's working:

So I've been getting a loooot of new free members completely organically (240 in the last 30 days) and engagement is getting better bit by bit thanks to daily posting and encouraging people to post as well!!! I do this by making daily welcome posts and tagging members so they see it + engage with it! The games I created inside the community has also helped this a lot as it's an extra incentive for members to engage for a prize.

Being extremely valuable and genuine!!! I have my eyes in the long-run, so when I get on calls with members of my free community, I tend not to pitch anything. I foster genuine connections and try my best to help them solve any problems they have. Only naturally selling to those that are in desperate need of what I offer. What happens is that I am then able to keep nurturing the relationship which will eventually convert and this also benefits me immensely because these people tend to start talking to others about me or tagging me in other people's posts asking for help!!!

What hasn't been working:

Although I'm getting a lot of new free members, a lot are unresponsive in the DMs and don't book in calls (I do get on average 2-5 calls per day though which isn't bad...). I'm following up with people in the free daily and have changed my approach a bit. I'm now sending messages such as funny GIFs asking if anyone is home and/or "Hey! Just bumping this up for you in case you missed it ^^" to see if that works better! Will update you guys next week on how this is going!

So my show rate has dramatically increased which is GREAT! But I'm now seeing that a lot of people are coming to the calls wanting help with things that I don't offer... AKA, they're unqualified! I am now pre-qualifying people better and making sure they are coming in to discuss things directly relating to what I help people with!

Once of the BIGGEST things that I need to work on is prioritisation... I find myself spending too much time answering DMs, Notifications and posts which massively eat away at the time I should be spending getting more traffic. So one thing I need to work on is creating a slot in my calendar where I batch do this so the rest of the time I focus on traffic!!!!

Free Trials: I just implemented this at the end of last week and to my disappointment, only 3 people joined it... Not bad for only a few days but still, considering the number of people that showed and told me they were very interested, this was much lower than expected. Not to worry though, still figuring out the strategy around this!!
