Camera for sales calls - On or Off?

Simple question really, I’ve heard some people saying off because it’s easier to focus on the script and less distractions for both parties, but also heard it’s better on for building more trust. This is in the context that I’ve got a good background setup eg backdrop, ring light etc.

For more context I’m also in the real estate niche if that matters. Happy to get anyone’s opinion on it though, what’s worked well for you guys?
