One of my clients had changed his cards multiple times before we launched his facebook campaign, so when we launched facebook detected 'suspicious activity' and disabled the account. Now it requires him to show a bank statement showing facebook charges on the card he connected. Only thing is, there's no payments made as we hadn't started the campaign, and he's using a prepaid card so there's not even any statements at all to show.
Need to have this fixed urgently as it's been a problem for a week and I can't figure out how to get over this. Does anyone have any advice I have a call with him coming up soon and need to get it sorted.
