Need help with Smartlead.ai

Looking for someone to help me out with some campaign issues within smartlead.

First issue - Timezone Allocation (on a lead level) is being weird and sending outside of the hours I set the campaign to send at. (smartlead support told me that it'll say its sending outside campaign hours, but really just queuing the emails up to be delivered at the right time, which is confusing)

Second Issue: Split tests not sending evenly although I've set the manual distribuiton to be 50/50

Third Issue: One mailbox sending more than the other.

Idk if just dumb or something but ive ran past campaigns and this hasn't happened and smartlead support is taking hella long to help me out, so if you know the software enough to know why these things are happening let me know, id love some help.
