Joined cuz I've developed a hate for online 'gurus', and came across Dylan's stuff which seemed authentic, n well aligned with the systems I'm currently putting in place w/ my agency.

Been in the game for about 9 months now, had clients here and there, but haven't found anything that could stick or that I could scale with, yet....

Bought into Iman Gadzhi's "Educate' a while back and tried traditional SMMA: get a couple client on a low monthly retainer, lost the clients, then repeat. = hot trash.

Tried AAA: got too caught up in the tech side of things & got distracted being too much of a geek 🤣.

Tried a SMMA / AAA Hybrid: confused the shit outta of myself for a few weeks, and decided I really needed to step back for a lil and figure out what the fuck I was actually trying to do with the agency.

My current MRR is 2k-5k but none of it is currently from the agency...

As of today, I am working on an infrastructure/build and release based model/offer, and have been getting good feedback with it, but got some gaps & questions I need to fill in, n need some opinions. (that's where yall come in haha)

looking forward to seeing what this community has to offer, lets get that 💰!

p.s. (please don't let this be like every other corny smma community where we ask questions like "how do I setup a domain", cmon g... youtube typa question right there haha.)
