In football discipline is the biggest part of the game, outside the pitch. It’s that what keeps us waking up, ready to smash the day. It’s that what decides if you are willing enough, to give it all, to achieve your goal. And when many people think about disciplined people, one of the first ones are David Goggins. And to be fair, he is a beast!
Yesterday I saw a book that he has made, and just got translated to my country’s language. I had the opportunity to listen to the start, and I personally think it was a very interesting book. Also as I want to have an unbreakable discipline.
Then I found a critique, that said that “Goggins is not a good example, and people shouldn’t be like him!”
When I thought about it, it also got me thinking if I will end up not taking care of recovery and end up overdoing. The last thing that I want.
So I just wanted to hear from your guys opinions, as I really don’t have a single clue to order it or not.
So what do you think?
