Soccer vs Soccer/Gym
I have the opportunity to attend high school in the morning and play soccer in the afternoon with elite girls. At night, I practice with my club. I also have two games per week.
Would you replace the afternoon soccer training with working out at the gym (plyometrics, etc)?
